The Tribunal provides an independent appeal of Determinations made by the Director of Employment Standards.

The information provided to you on this site will assist you with the appeal and reconsideration processes. Although we are not yet equipped to conduct all our business electronically, we are working to provide for electronic filing and look forward to this improvement to our overall level of service.

In addition to demonstrating our commitment to fair, efficient and independent adjudication of appeals, the Tribunal must be accessible to both employees and employers. The availability of all our decisions on this website is a primary strategy in achieving this commitment. Our Annual Report that includes key statistics about our work, such as the number of appeals we receive from each sector of the business community in British Columbia as well as the disposition of these appeals, is also accessible from this site.
