KENNETH WM. THORNICROFT


Kenneth Wm. Thornicroft is Professor of Law and Employment Relations with the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria's Faculty of Business.  He has a law degree (LL.B./J.D. 1979) from UBC and a doctorate (Ph.D. 1996) in Labour and Human Resource Policy/Employment Law from the Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Thornicroft's law practice (he was first called to the BC Bar in 1980) is restricted to arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.  He is also a member of the B.C. Property Assessment Appeal Board and the Employment and Assistance Appeal Tribunal.
