Filing Hours
The Tribunal’s filing hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Applications received after 4:30 p.m. will be treated as if they were received at 8:30 a.m. the next business day.
Method of Filing Submissions
You may file your submission with the Employment Standards Tribunal by the following methods:

Allowable Attachments if Filing by Email
If you file your submission by email, you may only submit attachments with the file extensions .PDF, .DOC, .DOCX, .JPEG, .JPG, .XLS, or .XLSX or the email, in its entirety, may not be received by the Tribunal.
The Tribunal may not receive your email if it includes attachments with the file extensions .7Z, .ZIP, .TGZ, .ZI, .ISO, and password-protected attachments with executable content. There will be no notification to you or to the Tribunal that the Tribunal has not received your email.
IMPORTANT: It is the submitting party’s responsibility to confirm that their submission has been received by the Tribunal. Also note that the Tribunal does not send automatic responses to confirm receipt of emails.
